Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
Indian Peoples Adhikar Party (IPAP) values the contributions and support of its members, donors, and supporters. We strive to ensure transparency in transactions made through our website, https://indianpeoplesadhikarparty.co.in.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding donations, event registrations, membership fees, and other payments. By making a transaction on our website, you agree to this policy.
2. Donations Policy
All donations made to IPAP are voluntary and non-refundable.
Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded except in cases of:
Duplicate transactions (accidental multiple payments).
Incorrect payment amount due to technical errors.
Fraudulent transactions identified by the donor or payment processor.
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us at contact@indianpeoplesadhikarparty.co.in within 7 days of the transaction.
3. Membership Fees
Membership fees paid for joining IPAP are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Members may choose to discontinue their membership, but fees already paid will not be refunded.
4. Event Registration Fees
If you register for an event organized by IPAP, the registration fee is non-refundable unless:
The event is canceled by IPAP.
The event date is rescheduled, and you cannot attend on the new date.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of cancellation/rescheduling.
5. Payment Cancellation Policy
If a transaction is pending or has not been processed, you may request cancellation by contacting us within 24 hours at ipapjbp@gmail.com.
Once a payment is processed, cancellation is not possible, except in cases of:
Technical errors leading to incorrect payments.
Unauthorized transactions reported by the cardholder.
6. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@indianpeoplesadhikarparty.co.in with the following details:
Full Name
Transaction Date & Amount
Payment Method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, etc.)
Reason for Refund Request
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

We will investigate and resolve disputes within 15 business days.
8. Changes to this Policy
IPAP reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and significant changes may be notified via email.
